One morning while staying in Charleston, I got up early and drove down to the battery to watch the sun rise. The morning turned out to be disappointingly cloudy, leaving little sunrise to actually see. So instead, I went exploring the streets. It was surprising beautiful and peaceful: the soft, 6am light broken by the occasional street lamp.
I also found the juxtaposition of the old history of the buildings with the sleek, shiny cars really fascinating. I have a few more shots of old architecture and new cars that I have plans to paint.
